At Body Voice Centre in Footscray Thursday Group facilitators, Tessa Marie Luminati and Diego Fajardo, invite you to explore the basics of the Suzuki Method of Actor Training and the Grotowski Technique over one intensive weekend.
Sharpen your skills, discover energetic performance modes.
Throughout the weekend, we will delve into
*The centre and its relationship to the “aite.”
*Stomping Shakuhachi
*The 10 Walks
*Slow 10
*The Basic Center of Gravity exercises
*Neutral Statues
*Impulse
*Watching
*Corporal Exercises
We welcome complete beginners who are interested in exploring these methods for the first time, and more advanced practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice.
Expect intense physical, vocal, and imaginative training and exploration.
