Mental Health First Aid is a practical and engaging course that helps people recognise when someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. The training provides tools and strategies to support someone in the moment and guide them towards appropriate professional help.Many people find this training valuable not only in their work, but also in everyday life with friends, family and the wider community.

Attendance at this training is voluntary and staff will not be paid to attend. If you are hoping to attend during your work hours, you will need to discuss this with your coordinator or employer to see if arrangements can be agreed.
