Art punks Proper Conduct will trounce Soundworks stage Saturday, April 18 as this eclectic procession of rock weirdos follow hot on the heels of their debut EP It's Living, It's Funny.They’ll be joined by “nominal” indie rockers BillyRoy & Fine Motor, who both proudly wear the sounds of the 90s on their sleeves, slicing onto the scene with angular riffs and whimsical zeal.
