Is essay writing a challenge for your child?Many students struggle with:
📄 Understanding essay structure (leading to “blank page syndrome”)
📝 Spelling, vocabulary, grammar, or overall language skills
✍️ Handwriting or presentation
🧠 Focus, working memory, or other underlying learning challenges
Our writing camp is designed to strengthen skills in informative and narrative writing through a mix of guided learning and hands-on practice.
Students will:
📚 Learn the structure of informative and narrative texts
🔍 Analyse exemplar pieces and “fix” missing elements
✨ Practice turning ordinary sentences into creative, descriptive writing
💡 Brainstorm and select strong ideas
🗣️ Build vocabulary, hooks, sentence starters, and transitions
🖋️ Write complete pieces from start to finish
