Cancellations received on or before Friday, 19 June 2026 will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
Bookings may be transferred to another person by contacting (03) 8851 4900 or events@ccv.net.au
Changes after booking closure may be accommodated where possible; however, dietary requirements cannot be amended due to venue policy.
