About
We are delighted to welcome Lizzie Sullivan (Class of 1977) as our guest speaker for Stars Speak on Saturday 21 June 2026. A highly accomplished artist and educator, Lizzie has built a respected career in portraiture, with her work recognised at a national level. In 2024, she was selected as a finalist in the Archibald Prize for her portrait Germaine, depicting fellow Star of the Sea College past student Germaine Greer (Class of 1955).As a past student of Star of the Sea College, Lizzie brings both artistic excellence and a deep connection to our community. She will share insights into her creative practice, career journey, and the stories behind her work, offering a unique and engaging perspective for all attendees. Lizzie will also share the story behind how she secured Germaine as the subject of her portrait.
This event is open to past students, parents, past parents and members of the wider Star community (please note this is not a student event).
