Open to all Non-Clinical & Health Support employees keen to improve their communication skills with practical exercises:
- Identify early signs of potential communication challenges (re hearing, sight, language) and respond according to organisation procedures
- Identify actual constraints to effective communication and resolve using appropriate communication strategies and techniques
