This practical, clinician-focused course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to assess, treat and manage running-related injuries with clarity.You’ll learn how to break down running gait in real time, identify key movement patterns linked to injury, and apply this directly to your rehab programming.
The course covers the most common running injuries — including Achilles tendinopathy, plantar heel pain, shin splints, knee pain and hip-related issues — with a focus on understanding why they occur, not just how to treat them.
You’ll also develop practical skills in:
