As a leading voice and valued support network for women VIEW actively raises awareness of, and participates in, the work of The Smith Family, under whose auspices it operates. It is the largest community sponsor of The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program. Collectively, VIEW members sponsor the education of more than 1,785+ students on the Learning for Life program.VIEW Clubs’ long-standing connection with The Smith Family helps it support young Australians experiencing poverty to overcome their circumstances and reach their full potential by providing long-term, wrap-around support for their education.
All proceeds from the afternoon tea will benefit programs offered by The Smith Family, in particular the Learning for LIfe Program for which The Hobart VIEW Club provides scholarships.
