Closing the session with wholesome healthy cakes and warming chai. Creating balance with a little bit of everything.Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual progression that connects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement for a smooth flow state.
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access deeper layers of fascia and to quiet the mind.
We complete the practice with an immersive sound meditation, dissolving tension and inviting deep relaxation for the body and mind.
This blend of vinyasa, yin, and sound meditation is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself. In the quiet rhythm of autumn, you’re guided to soften, release, and reconnect with your breath and body.
