In the kitchen, Michael Wong of Hisoka presents a deeply personal omakase journey. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Blackburn, Hisoka offers a hidden, intimate setting where each guest is immersed in precision, storytelling and warm hospitality.
Expect a curated progression of seasonal seafood, from delicate nigiri and norimaki to comforting, refined dishes such as chawanmushi, Kurobuta katsu and scampi broth udon. Each course is designed to harmonise with the Champagne selection.
