CREATE ART TO CREATE CHANGE -The Rise Up Project will create Community, Connection and Art while providing Awareness and Funds for Domestic Violence Agencies and Projects that support Victims of Domestic Violence.
No experience is necessary to participate in these workshops.
In one day consisting of two 90 minutes classes with a 90 minute lunch break you will create two ‘Marching Women’ sculptures from clay. One is for you to keep and the other one to donate for sale in the ‘Rise Up’ Exhibition (date and venue to be confirmed). Proceeds from the sale will go to Domestic Violence Agencies and Projects to support victims of Domestic Violence.
NB: this event ran on April 15 2026. However the session times (which users don't see) were incorrectly set to a later date in April. On 25 April we edited the sessions to April 25 5-8 pm) as we could not put them in the past and set the event to private.
Have Fun, Learn, Connect, Create, be part of something Wonderful and Exhibit your ‘Marching Woman’ sculpture as part of a large installation to support Victims of Domestic Violence.
