It explores the communication challenges in endoscopy settings—such as explaining risks, obtaining informed consent, and addressing patient anxiety—and offers practical strategies for delivering accurate, culturally sensitive interpretation. Participants will also learn techniques that support accurate interpreting in other clinically complex conversations where risk, uncertainty, and emotion are high.
