Come join us for a great community night as the crew steps into the new ring for some in-house sparring. It’s all about bringing people together, having a good time and getting behind one another in a fun, supportive atmosphere. We also invite other CQ gyms to come along, enjoy the night and be part of it with us.

There’ll be sparring, food & drinks, footy on the screens and plenty of entertainment throughout the night. Please note there is no BYO, as Fight Fit is a licensed venue.
