Mat Pilates at Wickliffe/Lake Bolac Football Netball club.Pop up Saturday Sessions - 28th March & 4th April - 10:30am
Tuesday evenings (From 31st March)

Friday mornings (From 8th May)
9:30am start
- Please arrive 5mins earlier to be ready.
- Please let me know of any injuries or pregnancies prior to class to ensure we move as safely as possible.
Costs:
- Adults - $20 per session
or Season pass available $300
- Juniors - $15 per session
or Junior Season pass available $200
(Please contact Georgia via Instagram/ facebook or sms for any Pre-paid Class Passes or Season Passes.)
Grip socks are required - some available for purchase at class - $20
(Cash is preferred payment method please)
30 mats available, if you have a mat you are welcome to bring it along for extra cushioning or incase there isn’t enough due to numbers.
By booking, you understand that you are attending a facilitated Pilates class with Apex Forme Pilates. You agree that you are within the Health and fitness requirements, understand risks involved, injury and responsibility, liability, personal belongings, and consent.
