Warden and Treasurer Training Event - May 2026

This event will be a hybrid event: it will primarily be an online event, but we’ll also be inviting up to 64 people to join us in-person at the Sydney Anglican Offices.A recording will be made available online after the event. Registration isn't required to access the recording.
There will be three topics covered on the evening:
1. Planning for Financial and Property Needs
This session explains how wardens and treasurers can use the diocesan 3–5 year planning template to map out future property maintenance, long‑term financial needs, and ministry priorities in a practical, easy‑to‑follow way.
2. Introduction to the LTPF and DCIF (How the Funds Serve Parishes)
We’ll give a simple introduction to the two diocesan investment funds and explain how each one can help parishes manage their money wisely—whether for long term growth or shorter term cash needs.
3. New and Updated Administrative Resources
We’ll highlight helpful new website resources for wardens and treasurers, including guides for Payday Super, bank forms, workers’ compensation wage declarations, and updated information on diocesan grants.
We’ll be keeping the content to an hour, and there will be about 20-30 minutes for questions.
