Understanding your child with a disability’s rights, and how you can support them in for a post-school life can be a daunting and overwhelming process for parents/carers. Glenwood High School will be hosting our first NSW Trustee and Guardian Connection Desk to assist parents/carers with understanding guardianship and decision-making options for their child who may need assistance with this, covering areas like housing, medical treatment, and services.The one-hour, general information seminar presented by a representative from the NSW Trustee will provide information about the different types of guardianship and application processes.
