Step into an evening where flavour meets fragrance.

Black Sheep Geelong invites you to an intimate sensory dining experience on Friday May 1st, in collaboration with Great Ocean Road Gin and Aysha Hansen Fine Fragrances - a night designed to awaken your palate and your sense of scent.

Begin with a welcome gin cocktail before settling in for a 3 course Black Sheep feast, designed to complement the local gin and fragrance ahead. Each course is paired with a Great Ocean Road Gin and a bespoke Aysha Hansen fragrance, carefully matched to reflect and elevate the botanicals in your glass and on your plate.

As you dine, you’ll be invited to pour your own G&T using premium tonics and coastal garnishes, creating a personalised expression of each pairing.

Throughout the evening, Ann and Aysha will share the inspiration behind their creations, from wild coastal botanicals to the artistry of scent, offering a rare glimpse into how flavour and fragrance intertwine.

This is more than a dinner. It’s a journey through taste, aroma and storytelling.
