HEQ Virtual Excursion - Plants for Life
About
Plants are more than just scenery—they are high-tech biological machines. In this workshop, we’re peeling back the bark to see how the garden really works.Partnering with Fizzics Education, you’ll investigate the "internal plumbing" that transports nutrients and see how plants adapt to survive in a changing world. Come explore how botanical science is the key to solving our future food and climate challenges. It's science you can actually get your hands on.
All children must be supervised by an appropriate adult in their own home.
If you'd like to join in the hands-on activity have these materials ready:
- A4 paper
