Please fill out this form for EACH CHILD celebrating their FIRST EUCHARIST.(Seating allocations are not required for attendees.)
Please email a copy of your child's baptism certificate to risenchrist.parish@cam.org.au within one week of completing this form, in order to retain your booking. Thank you.
Celebrating First Eucharist for students of:
* Holy Trinity, Eltham North;
* Our Lady Help of Christians, Eltham;
* St Francis Xavier, Montmorency; and
* eligible children from within our Parish.
Celebrations will take place as follows:
~ 6pm Saturday - Mass at St Francis Xavier, Montmorency;
~ 8:30am Sunday - Mass at St Francis Xavier, Montmorency; and
~ 10am Sunday - Mass at Our Lady Help of Christians, Eltham.
