Shed the energetic gunk of the week by enveloping yourself in the transformative frequencies of sound medicine.Limited to only four people per session, The Sound Bath Sessions are an opportunity for you to come back home and into yourself.
No experience necessary.. just turn up, switch off and allow your energy to recalibrate through soothing sound frequencies.
Please arrive between 6.15-6.30pm for a prompt 6.30pm start.
