Hi Everyone,EBK has been lucky to secure a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle to raise much-needed funds for our beautiful kindergarten - and we would love your support volunteering on the day!
Funds raised will go directly towards supporting the kindergarten through the purchase of educational programs and equipment, as well as contributing to essential facility upgrades. These improvements help us maintain a safe, engaging and high-quality learning environment for our children.
Here’s all the important information:
📍 Location: Bunnings Mentone (23-27 Nepean Highway, Mentone VIC 3194)
📅 Date: Saturday 11 April 2026
⏰ Shift Times (2-hour blocks):
* 7:00am–9:00am (set up from 7–8am, cooking starts after)
* 9:00am–11:00am
* 11:00am–1:00pm
* 1:00pm–3:00pm
* 3:00pm–5:00pm (finish cooking at 4pm and pack down)
We need a minimum of 4 x volunteers per shift.
👥 Volunteer Roles:
* 2 × BBQ cooking
* 2 × taking orders & payments
* 1 × handing out food/drinks
(Coordinator, Zoe Walsh, will be there all day to support where needed.)
