• This event is strictly pre-paid. Bookings close on 7 May 2026.
• Please note that a dedicated children’s High Tea menu is not available. Sharing High Tea options can be arranged for children (between two to three children per set). Please advise of any children or infants attending in the booking notes.
• All dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking. Any subsequent amendments must be communicated directly with the restaurant prior to 7 May 2026. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, this cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or reductions in booking size after 7 May 2026.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after 7 May 2026. In the event of cancellation by the venue, tickets will be refunded in full (excluding booking fees). Refund requests prior to this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• A maximum of one (1) complimentary glass of sparkling wine will be provided per adult guest. This may be substituted with house wine, coffee, or a soft drink upon request.
• Additional beverages will be available for purchase from the standard menu and must be settled in full prior to departure.
