A Flourish Community Gathering
We are laying a new foundation at Flourish.
After holding so many of our stories — movement, healing, laughter, release —
it’s time for a new chapter beneath our feet.
A new floor. A new foundation. A new energy to rise from.
This special Root to Rise: Foundation Day is an invitation to gather as a community — to ground, move, connect and celebrate together as we anchor what’s next for Flourish Movement Studio.
✨ All proceeds from this gathering will go directly towards installing a new Tarkett floor in the studio
✨ Supporting the future of this space and the many bodies, stories and journeys it will continue to hold
🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT:
This will be a multi-layered immersion — gently guiding you through body, energy and rhythm.
• Grounded, floor-based movement to settle the nervous system and connect to the new space
• Guided meditation and intuitive journeying
• Open movement and embodied expression
• Live drumming to awaken rhythm and collective energy
• A shared closing circle
This is a space to arrive as you are… and be moved.
🌺 SPECIAL GUEST FACILITATORS
This gathering will be supported by two beautiful guest facilitators:
Zara — Healer & Mystic
Guiding a deeply intuitive session of meditation, connection and inner listening.
A space to soften, receive and reconnect to your own inner wisdom.
Simone — Drumming & Rhythm
Holding a live drumming experience to awaken the body, activate movement and bring the collective energy of the room to life.
Together, we weave movement, energy and sound into a shared experience.
👣 FIRST STEPS CEREMONY
The new floor will be installed just before this gathering.
Together, we will become the first to step onto it —
anchoring intention, presence and community into the very ground of the space.
A simple, meaningful moment to honour.
💫 ENERGY EXCHANGE
$66 ~ full day immersion
$30 / $35 per session
All proceeds go directly towards the new studio floor.
If you cannot attend but feel called to contribute, a donation option is also available.
