Mission Action Day - Support House Charities
About
NEW DATE: Friday 19 JuneMission Action Day, held annually at John Paul College, is a student led event that brings together our community in a shared commitment to service and social justice, reflecting our Catholic faith and mission. Through a range of stalls and activities, the day raises vital funds for our House charities, supporting individuals and communities experiencing hardship both locally and globally. It is an opportunity for our community to put compassion into action, fostering a spirit of generosity, connection, and responsibility for others.
Students, staff, and families are encouraged to support these causes by sponsoring a care package, which will be assembled by students following our morning celebration of the Eucharist.
The four charities for Mission Action Day 2026 are outlined below. Families are encouraged to support by sponsoring a hamper for their chosen cause.
- Chaminade: Stella Maris Seafarers Centre
- D’Houet: MacKillop Family Services
- Olsen: Christmas on the Streets
