We at SGF HQ are as heartbroken as you are, dear slow grinders, that Erykah Badu will no longer be in town over Easter weekend. So come join us in the smoke and we can cry those Badu tears together while slow dancing to her records (as well well as various badu adjacent slow jams from the 1975 to 2005ish era). Special guest set from Sarah Soh at 8pm!Easter Sunday April 5th, 7pm-12am, GOODSPACE (above The Lord Gladstone Hotel, $15)

NOTES:
- There will be a smoke machine going all night and it will get very smokey. The smoke is non-toxic but if you ain't into smoke machines this might not be the party for you...
- The dancefloor at Slow Grind events is for dancing. If you need to use your phone or have a conversation, please do it over in the hallway or go outside and get some fresh air. (We don't mind you taking a quick photo or video to post up later on or saying hello to your friends, but standing in the middle of the dancefloor staring down at your phone or talking loudly is poor Slow Grind etiquette)
- The vibe of the night is very hazy and sultry, but the vibe is also about having good manners. Don't be all up in someone's personal space if they aren't inviting you.
