2026 Junior Bush Dance
About
The college will be holding its inaugural Junior School Bush Dance on Monday 27 April, at the Junior School Campus, and we warmly invite parents and guardians to attend.Throughout Term 1, the curriculum focus for all Junior School Performing Arts classes was Dance. Students explored the ways movement can communicate ideas and meaning, and throughout the term, learned to explore choreographic processes through the lens of Australian folk music, specifically bush dancing.
Each class will perform a dance routine learned throughout Term 1, and students are asked to wear appropriate costume befitting of the theme.
