This workshop is open to new and experienced SVHM and RVEEH employees in Health-Support and Non-Clinical roles across all departments and sites.
How can I respond to service challenges with Health Service Users (patient/resident/family/carer) or internal customers in a safe and respectful way?
Topics include:
- Identify risk scenarios and behaviours of concern
- Meeting needs and reducing distress
- Positive approaches and de-escalation.
Please seek endorsement from your manager and register early as places are limited.
