Sentience — A Solo Piano Performance by Kira McCaig
Location
About
Join pianist and composer Kira McCaig for her debut solo piano performance, 'Sentience'.
After a decade-long absence from composing, Kira returns to the piano in a deeply personal and evocative reunion. This body of neo-classical work explores the textures of our shared feeling experience.
Each piece carries a distinct emotional architecture, guiding the listener through tension, fragility, and release. Sentience reflects our innate connection to story, to one another, and the quiet beauty that persists within the chaos.
This is an intimate evening hosted by Shivers Gallery; a unique listening room where presence and community are held at the heart of the experience.
Doors open — 6pm
Performance begins — 7pm
Post-performance social — 8–9pm
