Artist Workshop with Raymond Young

Join us for a family friendly painting workshop with artist Raymond Young. This workshop will take place at Nakunbalook Environmental Cultural Education Centre at the Sale Botanic Gardens.Ray is a proud Gunditjmara Gunai Yorta Yorta man. In this workshop Ray will share his own art practice, including how his art is influenced by Indigenous culture. Participants will learn about his art style, process and techniques - to create their own painting in Ray's style.
A perfect day to get creative, have a yarn and to get painting!
The day will also include a cultural cook in the ground (kup murri) with lunch being served on completion of the workshop.
All materials are supplied. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult for the duration of the workshop.
