Join Gyani, Accredited Yoga Therapist and Ayurveda Lifestyle Advisor, for a supportive and nurturing afternoon designed for women navigating perimenopause or menopause.Discover therapeutic yoga practices to help manage symptoms and support your overall well-being. Through a holistic approach—including asana (gentle movement), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance—you’ll gain practical tools to support mood, sleep, emotional resilience, and nervous system balance.
This is a welcoming, down-to-earth space to pause, breathe, and better understand the physical and emotional changes of this life transition. You’ll have time to experience the practices, connect with others, ask questions, and share insights in a supportive environment.
No yoga experience is needed—all bodies are welcome. Leave feeling empowered, supported, and ready to embrace menopause with honour and respect.
Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
