EXCLUSIVE 5-WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM FOR MARGARET RIVER CELLAR DOOR TEAMS

MRWA is pleased to offer member wineries the opportunity to enrol their cellar door staff in an exclusive 5-week live online training program designed specifically for Margaret River cellar door teams.

The program will be delivered by renowned wine sales and customer engagement specialist Yvonne Hilsz, who has worked extensively with winery teams across Australia to help build confidence, improve customer interactions and ultimately drive stronger cellar door sales outcomes.

MRWA has secured a bespoke version of this program exclusively for Margaret River members. By bringing together a regional cohort, we are able to significantly reduce the cost of delivery and offer the program to members at a substantially discounted rate compared with standard commercial pricing.

The course will run as five live online sessions, each 1 hour in duration. We anticipate a cohort of approximately 20 participants.

This is a unique opportunity to access high-quality, practical training tailored specifically to the Margaret River cellar door environment, while benefiting from the cost efficiencies of a regional program.
