🚀 ThinkerLab Robotics & Coding – Beginner Course (Ages 7–14)A practical, hands-on program where kids don’t just follow instructions — they build, test, troubleshoot and improve their own robot projects each week.
This 9-week beginner course is designed for curious primary-aged learners who are ready to move beyond passive screen time and start building real-world STEM skills.
At ThinkerLab, we focus on structured thinking, resilience and problem-solving — not just “playing with robots.”
📌 Course Details
• Duration: 9 weeks
• Start Date: 22 April 2026 - 24th June 2026 ( except 27th May 2026)
• Time: 4:15pm – 5:45pm
• Venue: Caroline Springs Library Meeting Room 2
• Group Size: Small group
• Equipment: All robotics gear supplied
🤖 What Your Child Will Learn
• Micro:bit coding fundamentals
• Robotics foundations (motors, sensors, logic)
• Real-world problem-solving strategies
• Weekly builds including:
– Rover build & customisation
– Maze and navigation challenges
– Obstacle and line-following missions
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Confidence building through project sharing and mini showcase
Each session is structured, supportive and designed to stretch thinking in a safe, encouraging environment.
