Join us for a powerful and contemporary retelling of Animal Farm, adapted for the stage by Tatty Hennessy, and brought to life by our Year 11 and Year 12 Senior Drama students.Set on a farm where the animals rise up against their human owner, this striking production follows their journey from hope and unity to division and control. What begins as a dream of equality quickly unravels as power shifts, alliances fracture, and the ideals of the rebellion are gradually distorted.
Through dynamic ensemble performance and bold storytelling, this adaptation explores how language can be manipulated, how fear can be used to maintain control, and how easily truth can be reshaped. As the animals strive for a better future, they are forced to confront difficult questions about leadership, loyalty, and what it truly means to be free.
As the line between truth and propaganda blurs, the animals are left to reckon with a chilling reality — that “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

This production explores themes of power, conflict, and control, and includes moments of violence and danger, as well as occasional coarse language. Parental guidance is recommended. Recommended for year 9 and above - (Parental guidance advised)
