Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra designed to calm your body, quiet your mind and slow everything down.We’ll move gently through long-held yin shapes, explore soothing, accessible breath practices and end with a guided yoga nidra—a form of yogic sleep that invites deep cellular rest.
