First time in Hobart!!
I'm so excited to bring my Mizuhiki Japanese knotting workshop to Hobart for the first time!
I would love to share my passion for this traditional Japanese craft and enjoy meaningful creative time together.
You can choose from two sessions:
Saturday 2 May — 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sunday 3 May — 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Learn the traditional art of Mizuhiki knotting while creating a necklace and a pair of earrings.
You’ll be guided step by step and discover the meanings behind each knot.
About your host
Hi, I’m Anna, a Mizuhiki artist based in Victoria.
I’ve been sharing this traditional Japanese craft through workshops across Perth, Adelaide, and Victoria since 2020.
I love creating a welcoming space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy making something with their hands.
Mizuhiki is very special to me, and I’m excited to share its beauty and meaning with you in Hobart.
