Compass to Connection 2-Hour Conscious Connected Breathwork
About
THE INVITATIONYou’re invited to an intimate Breathwork Journey designed to calibrate your internal compass and deepen your sense of connection, presence, and inner resilience.
Held in the supportive sanctuary of Wise Moves, this session offers an opportunity to meet on common ground with like-minded individuals and realign with your True North.
THE EXPERIANCE
We begin by landing in the space together through gentle movement and body awareness, creating a foundation of safety and comfort. From this grounded state, we transition into Conscious Connected Breathing, supporting the body’s nervous system in gently releasing tension, restoring balance, and strengthening inner resilience.
Whether you are a seasoned breather or joining for the first time, this journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
To prepare for your journey:
• Eat lightly: A small meal approx. 2 hours before is ideal.
• Hydrate: Maintain good hydration throughout the day.
• Intention: Consider what needs you are seeking to meet.
• Presence: Bring an open heart and mind.
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. While the studio is well equipped, you are welcome to bring:
• A yoga mat (for additional padding)
• A blanket (body temperature may drop during the work)
• A water bottle & a journal for reflection
• A personal talisman or meaningful object (optional)
