About
Our Junior Development Program is designed for Grade 5–7 students who are ready to take the next step in their basketball after completing our Skill Refinement Program.This program places a stronger emphasis on:
- Advanced skill development (shooting, ball handling under pressure, passing on the move)
- Game understanding, spacing, and decision-making
- Introducing team concepts such as offense, defense and transition play
- Building athletic foundations including agility, coordination and movement efficiency
The Junior Development Program prepares athletes for representative pathways, state level competition and our Edinburgh College Basketball Academy Program.
Program Details: 8 x 60 min sessions
Location: Edinburgh College Basketball Stadium
Term 2 Dates: 20th Apr - 14th June
Session Times: Thur 4pm - 5pm
Program Cost (Per Term): $200
