Dying to Know is a national campaign to inspire you to begin to prepare for the inevitable, not with fear, but with purpose, love, and a sense of legacy.Great Ocean Road Health is hosting an information session on Advanced Care directives and planning, as well as Palliative Care pathways.
Join us for this session from 1pm-3:30pm with a soup and sandwiches provided.
This session is for all people at any stage of life, that have questions or are curious about the dying process. It is an important conversation to take part in.
