Transplant Australia invites those living or waiting for a transplant, along with their supporters and carers, for an informative evening on living with a transplant (a light supper will be available). This is also an opportunity to connect with others on the transplant journey.Tuesday 12th May, 6:45pm Arrival for 7pm Start
Presentations include: Understanding Osteoporosis issues post-transplant, Diet post-transplant, Australian Transplant Games, Travel Insurance Advice, Transplant Australia info.
This evening is an opportunity to:
• be further equipped and informed on living with a transplant through Guest Speakers
• learn about Transplant Australia’s resources, supports and events.
• connect with others on the transplant journey
• hear more about the Australian Transplant Games in 2026
Tea, Coffee and a light supper will be provided. Raffle Tickets are available on the night 3 for $5 (all money raised to Transplant Australia SA).
