2026 - Term 2 ( 28th April - 23rd June, 2026, Tuesdays) Advanced Engineering and Robotics Club @ Open Area - Primary 2 Advanced Engineering and robotics education can help students learn about technology and its applications to solve real-world problems. Through project-based learning, students use hardware, Lego® compatible building blocks, and coding to create prototypes and explore viable solutions to real-world issues. During Term 2, 2026, Advanced Builds students will explore Smart Home Applications, creating automated models using at least two electronic components such as keys, switches, lights, and sensors. They will learn key concepts including gear and spiral transmissions, centrifugal and centripetal forces, and speed control, while developing coding skills to make their systems interactive. These hands-on projects will build strong problem-solving and STEM skills in an engaging way. Age group Year 4 to Year 6. |
