Sacred Sounds is a deeply calming and immersive sound bath designed to guide you into a state of inner stillness and connection. Through the gentle vibrations of instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath, body, and spirit. This nourishing experience creates a peaceful space for reflection, renewal, and quiet transformation.Eye pillows are available for purchase when booking, or at the venue.

- A water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- If you already have an eye pillow, bring that too!
To fully enjoy your session, please arrive 10 mins early, turn off mobile phone, and settle in.
Plenty of parking is located onsite.
