The All-Abilities Sports Day gives participants the chance to try a range of different sports in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. The session focuses on fun, participation and accessibility rather than competition.The session is suitable for people of all abilities, particularly children, young people and adults with disability. Activities are adaptable to different ages and ability levels.
