We are delighted to invite and welcome you to the 2026 Family Law Conference, an intentionally streamlined, half‑conference format designed to offer valuable professional connection and development while recognising the significance of the 2026 National Conference taking place in Hobart this October.This year, our aim is to continue fostering meaningful collaboration between the profession and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Tasmania, while providing a focused opportunity to reflect, reset, and strengthen the foundations of practice.
Our 2026 program centres on wellness and practice management, two pillars that are increasingly essential in navigating the demands of family law work. Through targeted sessions, shared discussions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues, we hope to support practitioners in building sustainable, balanced, and resilient practices.
Although this year's format is intentionally lighter, the purpose remains strong: to maintain an annual forum for connection, insight, and professional community. We hope this gathering provides a refreshing pause in your busy calendar and reinforces the supportive network that underpins the Tasmanian family law profession.
We look forward to sharing this focused and revitalising conference experience with you and to coming together again on a national scale in Hobart later this year.
