A word from our Qigong practitioner, Dr Heidi Yuen from Always Healthy and Happy:
'Qigong is a gentle and meditative practice that combines slow movements, breathing, and awareness to support relaxation and overall wellbeing. In this session, you will learn simple techniques to help calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your body. No prior experience is needed, and all movements can be adapted to suit your comfort level. Many people find Qigong helpful for reducing stress, improving energy levels, and creating a greater sense of balance.'
