This program is provided by Dementia AustraliaEnabling EDIE (Educational Dementia Immersive Experience) is an immersive workshop that enables participants to see the world through the eyes of a person living with dementia. Using our virtual reality technology, this workshop enhances your knowledge
of dementia while exploring strategies to support a person with dementia to live more confidently.
You will gain knowledge in:
• Dementia from the perspective of a person living with dementia.
• Identifying support needs in partnership with the client and their carer.
• Developing a dementia support plan that focuses on enabling a person living with dementia.
Resources will be provided. No Catering - please BYO
Please wear comfortable clothing.
