We’re excited to offer Sugar - our newest event concept with A Touch of Salt at Flinders Lane.Sugar is a 4-course dessert degustation, thoughtfully paired with cocktails and hosted in The Parlour for an intimate and indulgent evening.

This is the first event of its kind for us, with a carefully curated menu designed to balance sweet and savoury flavours across four courses, each paired with a complementary cocktail.
With limited seating available, we wanted to give our client booking base the first opportunity to secure tickets before public release.
We also recommend arriving early and starting your evening in The Underground, where you can enjoy drinks and light food before heading upstairs for the degustation experience.
