A carefully curated menu designed to balance sweet and savoury flavours across four courses, each paired with a complementary cocktail.
With limited seating available, we wanted to give our client booking base the first opportunity to secure tickets before public release.
We also recommend arriving early and starting your evening in The Underground, where you can enjoy drinks and light food before heading upstairs for the degustation experience.
