Join us for a gentle 90-minute mindfulness walk through the natural beauty of Eltham, following the Yarra River in the heart of autumn.To maintain the intimacy of the walk, numbers are limited, and tickets will sell out at 15 people. This allows for a more grounded, personal experience where everyone has space to slow down and feel part of the group.
As the leaves change and fall around us, this is an invitation to slow down. To step out of the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself, the earth beneath you, and the quiet rhythm of nature.
This is not about exercise or pushing pace — it’s about softening, noticing, and being present.
Together, we’ll explore simple mindfulness practices, including:
• Mindful walking
• Mindful eating
• A nature-based compassion practice
• Deepening awareness of the senses — the crisp air, the sounds of birds, the feeling of the body as we move
There will be a blend of guided moments and quiet, unguided time, allowing you to experience stillness in your own way.
As we move gently along the trail, we’ll share the space with local wildlife and take our time with any slight to moderate inclines — always at a slow, supportive pace.
This is also a space for connection — with nature, with yourself, and with like-minded people who are seeking something a little more grounded and present.
