This webinar, presented by National Manager - Industry Safety for Royal Life Saving Society - Australia, Marty Moran, will simplify the GSPO into practical, easy-to-understand guidance you can confidently apply in your facility.

ABOUT MARTY:
Marty Moran is the National Manager – Industry Safety at Royal Life Saving Society – Australia, bringing over 20 years of experience across the aquatic industry. His career spans the management and operation of a diverse range of facilities, including boutique health clubs, large multi-use aquatic facilities, the management of swim school operation in both private and local government environments.
Marty works closely with industry stakeholders to strengthen safety, compliance, and best practice across aquatic environments. In his current role, he leads the development and application of the Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO), supporting swim school operators and teachers to implement practical, risk-based approaches that enhance supervision, reduce incidents, and improve overall safety outcomes.
With a strong focus on workforce capability and industry standards, Marty is passionate about equipping swim schools and educators with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver safe, high-quality aquatic education and foster a culture of safety in every lesson
