Set within the striking surrounds of the Thomas Dixon Centre, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy his cuisine in an exclusive setting, reserved for just 20 guests.
Following dinner, step into the theatre for Elastic Hearts, a powerful and visually arresting modern ballet by internationally acclaimed choreographer Garry Stewart. Set to the music of Sia, reimagined through an orchestral score by Elliott Wheeler and performed by Queensland Symphony Orchestra, the work explores themes of resilience, transformation and human connection through bold staging and evocative movement.
